INT. FRANK'S VAN - DAY
Frank is fuming, having been told to move five times in the last two weeks. He can't take it anymore. He's had enough of the council and their invasive tactics. In a fit of righteous fury, Frank channels his inner Hunter S. Thompson and hatches a plan to confront the ranger at Pelican Park.
EXT. PELICAN PARK - DAY
Frank, with the wild look of a man who's had enough, parks his van down the road from the ranger's vehicle. He gets out of his van, determination etched on his face.
FRANK (voiceover)
It's time to make a stand, to show these bureaucratic bastards that we're not their pawns, not their playthings, not their animals. The world needs to know that we won't be trampled on any longer.
Frank strides towards the RANGER, who's busy taking photographs of the vehicles in the park.
FRANK
(anger boiling over)
You treat us humans like animals, don't you? Well, listen here. I've just read the back of your car, and I know my rights. If you ever take photographs without permission again, I'll turn your precious car into a twisted sardine can, you hear me?
The Ranger's eyes widen in shock, unsure how to react to Frank's sudden outburst. In that moment, Frank embodies the spirit of Gonzo journalism, sticking it to the man, refusing to let the system grind him down.
FADE OUT.
