INT. COUNCIL OFFICE - DAY
Two Rangers, RANGER 1 and RANGER 2, sit at their desks, discussing their recent encounters with the residents of Pelican Park.
RANGER 1
(sighing)
I went down to Pelican Park to see what was going on with all those vans parked in the boat and trailer area. I barely asked one question before this guy, Frank, chased me off!
RANGER 2
(nodding)
Yeah, I went there too, and I took some photos. They didn't like that either. But you know what bothers me more? They're making the place unbearable for others.
RANGER 1
(raising an eyebrow)
How so?
RANGER 2
(shaking his head)
They're using the area as their bathroom. They just urinate all over the place, and it dries up and stinks. Plus, they've got dogs, and there's dog waste everywhere. Regular residents don't want to come back because of it.
RANGER 1
(frowning)
That's terrible. We need to figure out a solution that works for everyone.
RANGER 2
(agrees)
Yeah, we can't let this continue. We need to address the issue while still respecting their rights.
The two Rangers exchange a determined look, knowing that they must work together to find a balance between the needs of the Pelican Park community and the well-being of the broader public.
