Rhonda Jane: bond and accommodation evidence
Recorded 14 October 2026. Status: working evidence note, not a finding or allegation.
Primary screenshot: bond SMS
A screenshot of a conversation headed 'Rhonda Jane' shows an incoming message: "If you need to pay a bond call me". The participant replies that they will check accommodation places the next day and references a support worker booking. The exact date of the bond SMS is not visible in the screenshot; do not assign one without corroboration.

Interpretation: an offer to discuss or assist with a bond is documented. It does not establish a guaranteed payment, a specific amount, approval, or the funding source.
Primary screenshot: accommodation booking
A second photograph shows a Rhonda Jane conversation with a Glenelg Motel booking image, displaying check-in Monday 13 April 2026 and check-out Friday 17 April 2026, standard queen room. The screenshot viewer displays 'Rhonda Jane' and '13 Apr, 5:55 pm'. The participant reports that Rhonda Jane arranged accommodation help. Booking/payment receipts and payer identity are not yet verified.

Participant account (not independently verified)
While staying at Themar Heights in Warrnambool, the participant asked Rhonda Jane by phone about accommodation bond assistance. They recall her saying she had never offered to provide a bond. The call was not recorded; call logs may help establish date, but not words spoken.
The participant says the SMS was always in their possession but has not previously been used in a complaint against Rhonda Jane.
The participant credits Rhonda Jane with valuable prior accommodation assistance and would welcome a constructive reconnection; the purpose of retaining evidence is factual reconstruction, not personal accusation.
The participant recalls Cath Porter describing Rhonda Jane as a good person who wanted everything done 'above board'. This is a recollection of a third-party statement, not a verified quote.
The participant perceives a change in support after an NDIS audit. The timing and any causal connection are unverified.
The participant believes Bless may hold useful context about the change. This is a lead, not a conclusion.
Follow-up verification
Preserve original screenshots with source metadata, if available.
Check message chronology for bond SMS date and full surrounding exchange.
Obtain Glenelg Motel booking confirmation, receipts, payer and funding authorisation.
If needed, locate call-log date and any contemporaneous notes of the later bond discussion.
Seek any relevant consent, conflict-of-interest or funding forms, without assuming they exist or prove a particular motive.
Keep documented statements separate from participant recollections and possible explanations.
Editorial approach: respect for all parties, procedural fairness, and participant-centred accountability. No allegation of dishonesty or audit-related retaliation is established by this material.
