As per Report by Psychiatrist Prof Dennerstein dated 11/10/20 - Post-traumatic stress disorder, he has persistent

depressive disorder or dysthymia at times, mood disorder is difficult to diagnose due to the concurrent substance

abuse, substance use disorder is currently in partial remission, and meets criteria for schizophrenia.

It is assessed that the symptoms and functioning impairments that the client experiences have an impact on daily

functioning therefore the client's baseline work capacity is recommended to be 8-14 hours per week.

With ongoing medical intervention and Disability specific intervention including workplace modifications, training in

As per JSCI dated 15/6/2023 the client identified completed Year 12/13 of education and has not completed other

qualifications. The client identified has been mostly unemployed over the past 2 years. The client identified does

have a current driver's license, no access to a vehicle and no transport except walking.

During previous assessment the client reported last worked March 2020 as an international roadie up to 15 hours

per week for the last 10 years, duties including labouring. Prior to that telemarketing for 40 hours per week for 10

years and also working in an abbatoir and fruit picking. Yr 12 completed and three quarters of a Bach of Arts degree.

Has also completed a carers course through an ESP.
