As the sun began to set over the Gold Coast, Bronco Jones found himself at Broadbeach, where the sand meets the sea in a tumultuous embrace. He stood there, gazing out at the horizon, watching the waves crash against the shore like a battering ram. He could feel the sand slipping through his fingers, like the days of his youth, lost to time and tide.

The wind was picking up, and the sea was turning choppy, as if to remind Bronco of the dangers lurking beneath the surface. He knew all too well the risks of going against the riptide, but he couldn't resist the temptation. He stripped down to his prawn shorts and ran towards the water, defying the waves like a man possessed.

As he swam out to sea, he felt the riptide tugging at his limbs, pulling him down into the depths below. He fought against it with all his strength, refusing to let it drag him under. It was a battle of wills, a test of his fortitude and determination.

Eventually, he emerged victorious, making it back to the shore with a sense of triumph and relief. But he was not content to rest on his laurels. He had more pressing matters to attend to.

Driving around the Gold Coast, Bronco found himself in a contemplative mood, lost in thought as he listened to the Rolling Stones' classic tune, "You Can't Always Get What You Want". The memories came flooding back, of a time when he worked at Seaworld, living in a caravan park on the spit.

But the nostalgia was fleeting, as the reality of his current situation soon caught up with him. He was homeless, living out of his car, struggling to find a safe place to sleep each night. But he was not one to give up easily. He embraced the challenges and risks of his unconventional lifestyle, living life on his own terms.

As the sun set on the Gold Coast, Bronco parked his car near Seaworld, where it all began. He was exhausted, both physically and mentally, but he had a job to do that night. He closed his eyes, letting the sounds of the sea lull him into a restless sleep, dreaming of days gone by and the uncertain future ahead.
