Don't cry for me Wuhan.

No one had heard of the place until the common flu named after a Mexican beer entered the world's headlines. There was still no spike in beer sales either.

The lime cost more than what it did to produce the Mexican piss.

The fact of the matter was, more people were being murdered, ran over and crushed between two trucks.

'This is a classic distraction from bigger events that don't need media attention.'

I for one wasn't going to wear a mask.

'Nor am I,' said Max.

In Hong Kong, for example, they were wearing masks to protect them against tear gas.

Now that they needed the masks, they weren't available.

Who was pulling the mask string?

'It's all a hoax,' said one resident.

I didn't want to say it, but this Wuhan virus seemed to be orchestrated for the news networks.

'It's degrading and belittling our beguiling town,' said Lord Mayer, who couldn't get the word out to the international media.

It just wasn't as sexy as saying the world was about to end.
