I just nod my head at the stupidity of Zac Martin, the owner of Anytime Fitness, Girrawheen.
Girrawheen is a trashy suburb north of Perth’s CBD, where criminals base themselves, so an ideal position for Zac Martin, the proud owner of three Anytime Fitness, the other two, in O Conner and Busselton.
He just blends in with all the other crack heads and junkies and car thieves. But the big difference is, Zac Martin uses terms and conditions of Anytime Fitness to meet his own ends, stealing memberships off members. You don’t get to own three Anytime Fitness gyms on memberships alone, do you ?
I saw this first hand with Yuan, from Spain, who was attacked by a Fitness Instructor for parking his Harley outside the gym.
Zac don’t take sides.
It’s his side or no side. The member had to go. An Anytime Fitness instructor is above that kind of behaviour.
In my case, I got access to the footage, the footage of me stealing my own head set.
Zac Martin, a former engineer, I’m told, is a prickly son of a bitch who at any detection of drugs, or reference to it, in his gym, takes a great dislike to the person who made such utterances, that he makes mental notes to be used, ‘at just the right time.’
‘And that time has come,’ he says. ‘We don’t appreciate police visiting the club,’ he said to me over a phone call, a day after the incident I left my fob key in the gym.

Is that a crime?
It wasn’t until Zac Martin, master of ceremonies, got to distorting it and deflecting, and bending, and altering and ignoring and misconstruing, that works well for him, until I was the criminal who tried to break into his gym and who successfully stole a head set.
The truth is so deeply buried now, Zac use to design rubbish disposal systems for BHP, that to actually speak about it, has become a challenge. My dentist is the same. These tax dodgers are well verses in the art of deception.
Nor do I. Especially when an asshole with an axe to grind, calls them up, because he’s offended that anyone could dare call him out on what he is, an asshole.
No law against it, said the police, who told me to avoid entering the gym. They were going to give me a police escort, actually. I declined, as I quickly went in, with my fob key this time, to collect some of my stuff, I say some, because some other stuff just disappeared. Zac isn’t concerned about that. He’s concerned about a pair of headsets. That were expensive and called Beats, he says, referring to an email I sent, a quality control one, to see if they would respond. They didn’t. It was fictitious actually, because there was no Amelia, but there was a Ahkmid. He has since used that email , which till date, was never responded to, over three months ago, as evidence that I stole ‘Beats’ headset. Beats me. I’ve had three expensive pairs lost in that gym. Most likely stolen by management who know when to turn off the cameras to avoid being under scrutiny. Members don’t have that luxury.
I did a break down of the two minute video he sent me, proof that I’m a thief and the reason why he’s pressing charges. What about my remaining membership? I asked.
Too late, he’s blocked me. A calculating mother fucker, who knows what he wants and how to get it. He should have a lawyer, not a gym owner, from the tone of his last correspondence to me:

The problem is he is not a lawyer.
And another problem, outside the Anytime Fitness Ecosystem of Terms and Conditions stacked against the members, yeah, they take no responsibility for anything, right?
But in the real world, they will be held accountable.

After being assaulted, by a cripple in a wheel chair(Colin, ‘You fucking homeless scum,’ he said, ‘you aren’t parking your bike inside, over my fucking crippled body.’ Then he whacked me hard, on the chest, to emphasise his point. Colin is in his 50s, obese, and trying to lose some weight. He said I was annoying people and should fuck off from here. If you don’t have a police warrant, then fuck off, I replied, and he did fuck off, but I could see he was weighing up the possibilities of punching me, he chose wisely, this time - I noticed my headset, two lap tops were missing, I wonder who stole them, I will never know, Zac Martin isn’t concerned nor will go over CCTV footage, unless of course he thinks he can use it against me) , white, talk, big muscles, on top of all that, I’m now harassed by the owner of Girrawheen, O Conor and Busselton.
My crime? Leaving my fob key in the gym, on a Sunday. My reward of attempting to retrieve it and other valuables left inside the gym which were stolen (valued $2000, including Beats headset), Nationwide Ban, withholding paid membership, for a year, upfront, $1000 and now, the owner is pressing charges for apparently stealing a pair of headsets, Ahkmid Tunes, valued at $39 from K Mart, which I have already returned, via Aust Post, to Malaga Anytime Fitness. Zac has sanctioned his dictatorial control, originally from Wollongong, over West, he has the kind of control that would never be afforded him on the Eastern States. Worse still, Customer Support have blocked me on the recommendation of the dictator. Zac has footage of me picking up a pair of headsets, they were mine, I left them there, and as to Ahkmid Tunes, it’s just a fiction to see how far Zac Martin will go to get revenge. He was insulted when I contacted Customer Support about being locked out of the club for two weeks. And when I forget my fog key, it’s a crime up there with Bern Her, according to Zac, who loves stealing memberships of members. He says I am up for charges of theft. Inside the gym, my headset, a pair of Beats, I recently purchased from JB Hi FI, yes I have the receipt. And now Zac, who didn’t originally care, never replied to my email, that he proudly quotes. Also Anytime Fitness take no responsibility of anything that is stolen or lost. My Beats headset were taken from the change room, my $450 pair of workbooks still remain in Zac’s care. It was agreed when I returned the headset, he would reimbursed me the outstanding membership, which he begged for me to pay, shows you how much the guy loves money. Also he charged a pregnant Trainer to coach at his gym. Nope, not small change, it was $700 a week, I’m told.
Zac Martin can’t process information that represents reality. He has to create his own. He admonished me over a phone call for complaining to Customer Support about being locked out the club for two weeks. That alone shows you his dictatorial tendencies. I’ve got good word ,that I’m on the only one he has harassed, ten other members have complained about being victimised and bullied by this franchise owner. He is relentless. Seems he has all the time in the world to harass members, he doesn’t personally like. I forgot my fog key so another member called the police on me. The Warrick police had nothing to report and left me alone. The injustices of this world are mostly perpetrated by businesses, like Anything Time Fitness, Girrawheen. Stand up, defend yourself, you are not alone, only by sticking up for yourself, can we overthrow tyrants like Zac Martin, who are lean mean fighting machines, when it comes to misrepresenting the facts in a way that seems legal and sound. Corporate Australia is fucking us over with their terms and conditions. Rebel, inform, highlight the crimes of Zac Martin. He thinks he is winning. He is up for harassment charges. I’m up for theft of a pair of headsets I’ve already returned. Go figure Zac, you dumb ass… He’ll get me for harassment on just that alone, you watch.
