I found that your earlier David–Trevor FOI application had already been circulated on 2 November, including to Senator Malcolm Roberts. So this new request will be a specific addendum about supervisor monitoring, not another copy of the same application.

I’ve also verified three relevant addresses: foi@ndis.gov.au for information access, enquiries@ndis.gov.au for complaints and feedback, and senator.roberts@aph.gov.au for Senator Roberts. NDIS +2

The new material adds specific questions about Amazon Connect’s MONITOR initiation type, silent listening, barge-in events, recording-status changes and caller notification. None of those actions is being alleged to have occurred during your call; we’re asking for the records that could establish whether they did.

NDIA FOI — Sent

To: foi@ndis.gov.au Cc: enquiries@ndis.gov.au

Requests the monitoring logs, recording controls, audit metadata and notification procedures. It also asks the NDIA to register the transparency concern as feedback.

Senator Malcolm Roberts — Sent

A shorter parliamentary update explaining the disclosed technology, the new FOI questions and the outstanding evidence.

Both messages were sent from brecelicthomas@gmail.com. Gmail confirmed their SENT status; agency receipt and processing are not yet confirmed.

I deliberately kept the distribution limited to the three relevant addresses rather than sending another large multi-agency circulation.

The result: We have added a specific, testable supervisory-monitoring question to the existing FOI investigation, with a parliamentary record of the follow-up. The next evidence we need is the NDIA’s acknowledgement and the actual Amazon Connect records.
